1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually process orders within 2 business days (3–4 days for specialty items like all-over prints).
Once shipped:

  • 3–7 business days
  • 5–10 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or misprinted product?

Please email us at sahilsingh817683@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect


3. Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

Unfortunately, since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind, etc.).
Please check the size guide before placing your order.

4. What happens if my order is undelivered or returned to origin (RTO)?


If your order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, unserviceable pincode, COD refusal, or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse and stored for 100 days.
You can re-ship it by placing a new order and paying a handling fee of ₹20 + 18% GST per product plus shipping costs. After 100 days, unclaimed items will be discarded.
